Came in for oil change with GM special oil change coupon. Coupon was denied, I was told GM’s fault. Dealership not involved? They gave me a $25.00 discount. The coupon was for a $32.99 oil change that ended up costing me $88.00. Opinion: Poor coordination between dealership and manufactuer.

I had you guys to put a new tire on my car. The tire that I have kept losing air for about a week two weeks I put air in the tire every time I rode in my car so I went back to your shop and had the guy to check my tire out he found out that the stem had never been changed when they mounted the new tire. I was very displeased with that. I had Air leaking from the stem, but thanks to him. He corrected the problem.

We called Kelsey ahead of time and told him the 2 trucks that we were interested in. He had them ready for us to look at when we got there on Friday. We chose the one that we wanted and even though we had to wait a little while because yall were busy, it was a pleasant experience. Kelsey kept us informed and offered us drinks. When it was time to go sign the paperwork, Blake was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions we had. After signing, we went back to Kelsey where we informed him that we also wanted to look at a Traverse. The one wanted was in transit and he let us know that he would keep us informed of it's arrival. We had to go back the next day to bring in the title for the trade in and Kelsey let us know again where the Traverse was and that he would text us when it arrived. He did and we were back Monday afternoon to purchase the Traverse and we asked of course for Kelsey and Blake to handle our needs. They were just wonderful.

The past few times I have been there to service my car, something gets missed on my service. I am paying for an oil change and all of my fluids should be refilled that comes with this service and they have continued to not fill my windshield wiper fluid. It's happened 3 times or more. In my opinion that is excessive.

My 2024 Silverado was in the shop for a new radio and for new seat heater sensors. The seats now work the way they are supposed to but the radio keeps cutting out so not fixed. The truck wa sin the shop for 5 days and there was no loaner cars and the rental car process isn’t great.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to sign a waiver stating if your mechanic broke anything your not responsible. You should be responsible for any damages caused by your mechanics, drivers and any employee around the vehicles. My dash was a little cracked and now I have two big cracks after they worked on it .

I am a firm believer that Navarre Cheverolet is the best new car dealership in North America. My experience with my most recent purchase from Navarre Cheverolet (completed on 4/3/25) has done nothing but re-affirm that belief. I had ordered my diesel Suburban from Navarre Chevrolet the week that GM permitted orders to be made. My sales' agent at Navarre Cheverolet - Brett Travis - spent a significant amount of time with me making certain I understood the different options and the timetable on which I would be waiting for my vehicle. The Navarre Cheverolet sales' agent gave me regular updates on the build status and provided me much information to review on my vehicle and this new diesel engine while I was awaiting the vehicle to be built. When the vehicle was shipped, I was given a prompt phone call and it was suggested that I bring my vehicle in for appraisal to be certain I was comfortable. I brought my prior vehicle in for appraisal and was treated incredibly fairly on my trade in and I was very happy. Navarre Cheverolet is incredibly transparent with their customers on vehicle trade in and they give their customers plenty of time to come to decisions with no pressure - it is just a very pleasant experience dealing with Navarre Cheverolet. My new diesel Suburban is hands down my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. My sales' agent insured that I understood every single button on that car and when to use same. In fact, it was nearly information overload as the Suburban has so much incredible technology in it so the agent came back to me the next day to go over it all again. Just very thoughtful customer service from Navarre Cheverolet. My experiences with Navarre Cheverolet have always been positive, this dealership believes in educating customers and helping customers make the right decisions for the customer. They made financing easy and helped me get an incredible rate. I just couldn't be happier and am so pleased to recommend Navarre Cheverolet to anyone.

The vehicle was diagnosed and fixed the same day, which was great. But it was a fuel line, O2 problem and sensor....which is strange being that I had just had a transmission flush and the vehicle has only been driven for 27 months. Then, even though we spent 30k on this vehicle, nothing done today was under warranty. So, it is disappointing to have such a new vehicle and have to spend almost $2,000 on it in 3 months.

My experience on 5/27/2025 was not a good one as it usually is. after pulling into the bay, my service person eventually asked if I wanted him to check my air, and cabin filters along with the oil change, I responded with "air filter only, I change the cabin filter myself". The young man goes to remove the air filter with an electric screwdriver and strips the threads, before using a hand screwdriver, which he still couldn't remove the filter cover because he didn't remove all the screws, so he tried to pry it open with a large screwdriver. someone came over to help him and finally unscrewed all the bolts first before trying to remove the cover. he then shows me my filter, which was ok, so he went to return the filter and cover but NOW he couldn't get the cover back on. he then gets help again, and neither could figure it out. so, they eventually get tired close my hood and proceed to complete the service transaction. I get down the road and start hearing a rattle that I didn't have before and pull over in a shopping center lift the hood check the filter cover and YES< 1 screw holding the filter cover down, and the other screws sticking up never being tightened down "unbelievable". I hope he put the right amount of oil as I realized after he never showed me the dip stick after "the refill" because of the amount of time it took to NOT screw down my Filter cover. "LONG time customer, getting Nervous"

I had an issue with the front end making popping noise upon turning, brought it in and Ericka kept me informed during the entire process. I had additional routine maintenance done while it was in the shop as well. I had a few questions the day after picking up my vehicle, got a little misinformation from the Lube Shop next door, stopped in with a few minutes to spare of a dr’s appointment, she took the time to quickly but fully explain everything and took it upon herself to call and make them aware. We’re all human, we make mistakes, it’s how you correct them that matters!

I made appointment to have my vehicle serviced on 6/18/25 and brought it in the afternoon before, 6/17/25. I got a text from my service advisor, Chance, stating that I could reach out to him anytime on that text message. Thursday afternoon I text him to see if they had checked out my vehicle and I didn't get a response. Waited a while and called up there but had to leave a message for him to call me. 3 hrs from my first text, I text him again and 30 mins later he responds. He advised he was busy and will get with the tech in the morning about my vehicle. Friday, he texted me back telling me the tech was going to "try" and look at it that afternoon. 6pm that evening I hadn't heard anything, so I text him telling him I guess it won't get looked at until next week, no response. Monday, 6/23/25, @ 1341 hrs I text him asking him to call me. 1345 hrs text me a long text instead of calling me. Basically, telling me the tech had to leave and will look at it 6/24/25. On 6/24/25 I called and spoke with a service manager, Dorian, and explained the issue I was having. He advised he would check on the matter and call me back. Dorian called me back and stated they were looking at my vehicle next and that Chance would be calling me. I advised Dorian I would rather my Z06 sitting in my garage then in their lot waiting to be seen. I didn't understand why I made an appointment, and my vehicle sat there almost a week without being looked at. Dorian stated he understood and didn’t blame me. He stated he was going to address the matter. Tuesday afternoon, 1640 hrs, Chance calls me and explains to me they will do a triple flush on the transmission and that warranty didn't cover that. The cost would be $1127.82. If that didn't fix the issue, they would then contact the warranty company and let them know it didn't work and would then try and get the torque converter replaced. I asked when that would be done and he advised it should be done in the morning and be ready that afternoon. I never heard from him Wednesday. Thursday afternoon around 1700 hrs Chance called me telling me my vehicle was ready. I advised him I couldn't get it until Friday since he called so late. Friday, I go get my vehicle and, on my way home, I noticed the issue wasn't resolved. It was better but not fixed. After spending $1127.82 I expected it to be fixed. I'm not even sure the tech drove it after doing the triple flush because he would have felt it also. I drove right back up there, and Chance wasn't available. I advised the two women who checked me out and advised them my vehicle still had the same issue. I told them I would drive it over the weekend and bring it back once they were available to look at it and not have it sit there for a week. They informed me they would have Chance call me. Later Chance called me and advised me I had to drive the vehicle 300-500 miles for it to possibly solve the issue. He stated sometimes the triple flush fixes the problem right away but sometimes it requires driving it a while to get the new fluid throughout the system. Chance stated he thought he had told me that and I told him he hadn’t told me that. I told him I would put some miles on it and if it's not better I will bring it back. I didn't think of this until after I hung up with Chance, but if my transmission was "TRIPLE FLUSED" the fluid should already be "FLUSHED THROUGHOUT THE SYSTEM". I shouldn't have to drive it 300-500 miles to get the new fluid through the system "IF" it was "TRIPLE FLUSHED". I’m not happy at all with the time it took for my vehicle to be even looked at. If an appointment is made, then it shouldn’t sit there a week without even being looked at. The longer my Z06 sat there the better chance it had of getting dents and dings. My Z06 stays parked in my garage if it’s not being driven. Worst part is I had to spend $1127.82, (Maintenance Issue) even though there’s a service bulletin stating transmission fluid had issues, and the problem was not fixed. I feel if they do have to replace the torque converter, I should be refunded the cost of the “Triple Transmission Flush” since it didn’t fix the issue. The transmission fluid will be replaced again and that would be a waste of my money.

My wife and daughter brought my daughter's 2022 Chevrolet Colorado in because the key would not turn all the way off which in turn the key would not come out. Come to find out, it was not going into park. I do have the power train warranty on the truck but my wife was told this wasn't covered under the warranty. My question is why isn't it covered under the power train warranty since the issue is with the transmission not shifting properly??

Was charged an excruciating amount of money ($826.16) for a very simple fluid change, with no additional consolation offered for the amount of money spent on such quick and easy work, while other glaring issues with my truck were completely ignored. I honestly hope my truck never has another performance issue, because I will likely not be bringing it back to this or any branch of the Navarre family of dealerships. I am very disappointed with the asinine cost of service, and do not wish to do business with Navarre in the future unless something is done to greatly earn my custom again. On a lighter note, Tramia is an excellent representative and deserves an increase in pay.

Our first meeting with Brett Travis was great. He asked questions and when he realized I was having trouble getting in and out of our Tahoe, he suggested a Traverse. It's still an SUV, but lower to the ground so no climbing and pulling into the vehicle was necessary. He said it fit me better. We drove a Blazer, then a Tahoe starting in 2006 and a second one in 2016, so we expected to get another one. However, after seeing the Traverse and experiencing the High Country with the 2" higher wheels and the driver's seat that lowers (and no running board) for easier entry, we took it for a test drive. It was wonderful! We ordered ours in the fancy white with all the chrome, lowering driver's seat and all the safety equipment available. I was very anxious waiting on it. When we got to see it, we both immediately loved it! It's similar in size but sleaker looking and absolutely beautiful! It will get better mileage and will be safer than our 2016 Tahoe! And Brett was right! It fits us better! Accolades to Brett and to Ryan Navarre for their encoragement and patience with us. It arrived three days before our 60th Wedding Anniversary, so it became a fantastic Anniversary Gift to each other!

When I brought my vehicle in for service on 11/23/22 the power steering issues were not properly addressed, I returned and complained to my service Advisor Mr. Donnie Lamberson that the car still had steering issues. We, Mr. Lamberson and my Husband took the car for a test drive. He said at that time he could not feel any issues with the steering. I still had some warranty on the car because when I purchased the vehicle, I bought a 23000-mile warranty realizing from my research on the vehicle that it had some power steering assist issues. At that time, I feel I was over charged and my complaints were ignored, I continue to experience steering issues and tried to ignore them. After 2 minor accidents because of these steering issues. I finally got the courage to bring this vehicle in to see if I could at least get a discount or some kind of restitution on 10/08/2025. I ask Mr. Lamberson if he remembered me? He did but accused me of being dishonest. I was consequently overcharged again! I was so discouraging that I brought my old car home without being over charged and discriminated against again. I rarely use this car because I have two more cars, but with car prices being what they are I would like to have it in good working order in case I or some of my family member need a ride!!

I called Brett Travis, our salesman when my less than three-month-old beautiful Traverse High Country's Bumper got three ugly scrapes near my right tail light. He told me to go see Shawn Harris in the Collision Department. Shawn was very kind and helpful. He explained his great staff would be able to remove the bumper, remove the sensors, buff the scrapes out and repaint it to look as good as new. We had to wait a while because the driver's insurance company took a while to send an adjuster over. However, a few days later, we went to pick up "Molly," and her bumper looked just like new! I was elated! I didn't know painted plastic could be buffed and repainted to look so great, but Shawn was right! I am thrilled and extremely appreciative and pleased! Thank you, Navarre Chevrolet for having an overall GREAT dealership! Ryan, Travis and Shawn and the entire staff have all been wonderful!

The service is good, but, the price for the service is too high and it’s went up since my last service. I travel over 70 miles from Allen Parish when I can get the same service significantly less in cost from a GM dealer 25 miles from my home. I like the idea of getting the service where I bought my p/u but it’s hard to justify spending that much money! I want to maintain the lifetime power train warranty and was told (and I read) when I purchased my p/u that it has to be serviced at an authorized GM dealer. I may move my services closer to home and save money. My wife and I are retired and living on a budget so I need to save when I can.

K-Cee , the young sales lady that helped me was excellent ! She did everything the right way! But the financial dept . Needs some lessons in Ethical & Honorable representation of the products they are trying to sell there customer. . Two days after I purchased my truck went by to pick up some accessories I ordered. And get an oil change in my wife’s Honda CRV. I did not have an appointment at the Honda service dept. But I was the customer in the. Line at service.After sitting around for about 45 minutes, I asked” how long would it be for my oil change” , the response floored me ! “It will be 2-3 hours sir”. , I told no sir will not be, just give me my keys and , I will get oil change somewhere else. 3-4 hours for an oil change , unbelieveable!!!! I leave there drive around to the Chevrolet parts & service Dept. , walk in and stand at the parts counter for 10 minutes listening to laughter and voices in the back , finally called out to ask for help ,before someone shows up to actually ask me if I need help! So with all being said my experience was not the greatest! I am a retired Sales Manager ,of 28 yrs ,in the Retail Hardware industry. So yes I probably have a higher standard than most, But, this has been an eye opening experience , and makes me happy I am retired.!!

Chance gives the kind of Customer Service that Navarre Chevrolet can be proud of. He always makes sure whatever my vehicle needs it is taken care of expediantly and that the job is done right. If I come in to the dealership with a problem, by the time I leave it is either resolved or being taken care of. You can purchase the best product on the market but without good customer service it won't stay the best. Everyone in the Service Department makes you feel welcome and comfortable while you wait. I haven't played pinball in ages and it was so much fun getting to play the pinball machine in the waiting area! Also, thank you for offering popcorn and beverages in the waiting area. Drove up waited about 15 minutes, got in got my Suburbans oil changed and tires rotated. They found that I had a bad stud so they let me know it would be ordered for me and they would call when it came in. Very helpful and professional.
